Art boosts self-esteem and provides a safe outlet to express emotions. It gives a sense of control over our lives and helps us know and understand ourselves better.

What we do

New Step 4 U is Canada's only non-profit using innovative tools such as 3D Printing Pens, Virtual Reality, and Digital Media Art to improve mental health and wellbeing, break isolation and connect people. We aim to support communities, artists, individuals who are vulnerable and marginalized to build a culture of free expression and acceptance.
